Topic: Troubleshooting / Defective SmartStat???

What if you hear rapid and intermittent clicks coming from the SmartStat (for about 10 seconds)? It stopped and I noticed the floor wasn’t heating anymore, so I tried turning it off and turning it back on again. The clicks came back and the red light came on in the left panel of the Thermostat cover. It also didn’t trip the GFCI circuit breaker. I’ve left it off ever since and sent a note to you guys, but havn’t heard back. Thanks! Your thoughts?
